This website is operated for Cameron Hughes ("we", "us"). We keep things simple: we only collect the information you choose to give us, we use it only to respond to you, and we never sell it.

What we collect, and why

• Booking inquiries (contact form): your name, email address, and any details you include about your event (such as phone number, organization, and message). We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and plan your event.
• Newsletter signups: your email address, used only to send occasional updates from Cameron. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
• Anonymous site analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
• Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored only in your own browser, never sent to us.

Where your information lives

Form submissions and newsletter signups are stored securely with Supabase (hosted in the United States) and are accessible only to Cameron's team. Email notifications about new inquiries are delivered via Resend. Both providers process this data solely on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking inquiries are kept as long as needed to manage the relationship around your event. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe you from the newsletter. Email info@cameronhughes.tv and we'll take care of it promptly. Canadian residents: our newsletter practices follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) — we only email people who signed up, and every message includes an unsubscribe option.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
• We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
• We don't knowingly collect information from children.
